We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
US Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals for our US-based clients across various industries. You will play a key role in ensuring we deliver top talent while maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and recruit candidates from US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit based on client requirements.
- Conduct phone, video, and email interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Negotiate rates / salaries, employment terms, and availability with consultants or candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle — from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Work on various types of hiring (W2, 1099, C2C) and ensure compliance with US labor and immigration laws.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics (submissions, interviews, hires).
- Stay updated on market trends, technology skills, and competitive hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1–4 yearsof experience in
US IT / Non-IT recruitment
Strong understanding ofUS tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
and
visa classifications (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.Willingness to work inUS time zones
(EST, CST, MST, or PST).
