Job Description :

We’re looking for a Senior US Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing, in hiring for W2 positions within the engineering domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 candidates across multiple engineering roles.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and project needs.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Evaluate technical skills in areas such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and more
Maintain and manage pipelines for multiple active roles
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams
Ensure compliance with all US employment and W2 hiring regulations.

Requirements :

4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment, with strong focus on W2 hiring.

Proven success recruiting for engineering roles, especially in the automotive industry.

Proficiency with sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, , etc.) and ATS systems

Deep understanding of technical skillsets and IT job functions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of US recruitment platforms (Dice, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred :

Familiarity with visa classifications and compliance in W2 hiring.
