Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand the company's market reach and acquisition channels.
  • Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to onboard high-value partners efficiently.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner programs with sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, training programs, and enablement resources.
  • Resolve partner-related issues proactively and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in partner acquisition and onboarding with measurable business impact.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack) is desirable.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with cloud services, software products, or digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel sales strategies.
  • Strong networking skills and an established network of industry contacts.
