About the role
We’re looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist with a strong employee experience mindset to help design, run, and scale engagement initiatives across multiple client organizations using the Uniify platform.
This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who believe engagement is not an event, but an everyday experience shaped by communication, culture, wellbeing, and meaningful interactions.
You’ll work at the intersection of HR practice, brand storytelling, and product feedback , gaining exposure that most early HR roles don’t offer.
What you’ll work on
- Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives across multiple client organizations
- Activating engagement through tools such as surveys, polls, recognition, communities, challenges, and wellbeing nudges
- Designing engagement calendars aligned to client objectives and workforce needs
- Partnering closely with the Brand Communications team to ensure engagement initiatives are communicated clearly, creatively, and consistently
- Partnering with the Product team by sharing structured feedback, insights, and patterns received from clients and users
- Supporting client HR teams in understanding engagement outcomes and participation trends
- Analyzing engagement data and helping translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Documenting best practices, success stories, and repeatable engagement playbooks
