Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Intern located in Pune. The E-Commerce Intern will assist in managing online sales platforms, conducting market research, monitoring sales performance, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting the e-commerce team in various tasks. The intern will also help implement sales strategies, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improving online sales channels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Commerce and Sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to understand market trends and performance metrics
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus
