Palmonas is a fast-growing demi-fine jewellery brand offering premium designs and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for detail-oriented QC Executives to ensure our products meet brand standards before dispatch.

Role Overview

The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for inspecting jewellery pieces, verifying specifications, checking packaging, and maintaining QC reports with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect jewellery for quality, finishing, polish, plating, size, weight, and stone settings

Check product SKUs and verify details with system data (Shopify / ERP)

Validate product certification, tags, labels, and packaging standards

Maintain QC logs, MIS reports, and Excel data

Coordinate with production, warehouse & customer support teams

Identify defects and escalate issues to QC Team Lead

Ensure timely clearance of products for dispatch

Follow QC SOPs & maintain product handling hygiene

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in jewellery QC (gold / silver / diamond / demi-fine preferred)

Basic understanding of jewellery quality parameters

Ability to check polishing, plating, stone setting, weight & finishing

Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to manage SKU checks and documentation

Strong attention to detail & accuracy

Good communication & teamwork skills

Good to Have

Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of BIS standards / diamond grading

Experience in packaging QC
