Job Description : This is a permanent role with a Pre-seed funded enterprise in Fintech domain, a valued client of Grace HR Outsourcing.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic Fintech team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring seamless performance and great user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
Debug and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4 to 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3+ years in React Native.

Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, React Native, Redux, and related frameworks.

Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.

Familiarity with mobile UI / UX design principles.

Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.

Experience in Fintech or BFSI domain is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

Experience with native modules (Android / iOS).

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines for mobile apps.

Understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications.

Additional Details :

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday working as per banking norms)
