Salesforce CPQ Developer :
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce CPQ, resolving incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval workflow issues.
- Maintain and update product catalog, price books, discount schedules, and approval rules.
- Assist with testing and deployment of minor configuration changes or enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for small fixes or optimizations.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across CPQ and related objects.
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Analysts for escalations.
- Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and training materials for end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).6 years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ in a support or admin role.Proficiency in CPQ objects, pricing methods, discounting, product rules, and quote templates.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (validation rules, workflows, process builder, flows).Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Preferred Skills
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench).Exposure to Agile support methodology.
