Job description2 to 4 years of Experience 1.5 + years of Experience in Reporting, Data Visualization and Analytics, RPA 2 + years of Retail Experience B. TECH / B.E / B.com / BBM / Retail Operations Management Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working across cross functional teams. Strong attention to detail and problem solving. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy and tableau or equivalent. Advance excel and Analytical Skills. Python, Power Automate, SQL, Unix, Knime and other automation tools. Omni Channel retail experience. GCP experience is preferred Data storytelling skill preferred
Roles & Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities :
- Own the development and maintenance of new and existing reports and dashboards as per business and its function s requirements.
- Partner with operations / business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI s, automated reporting / process solutions, and reporting improvements to meet business needs.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems to drive efficiencies.
- Preserve and store the code repository for future use and enhancements.
- Detailed technical documentation for every report and automation owned for easy handoff and debugging.
- Buddy program to help new joiners with their OJT and set them up for success.
