Eligibility Criteria

3 years of relevant experience in the

Learning & Development function

, in the capacity of a

Trainer or in a higher-level role.

Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals in soft skills or leadership development.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to design

learner-centric and tailored training content

Experience in organizational development, HR, or L&D roles preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher-level education

High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred

: Certifications in Coaching, Training, or Learning & Development,

Preferrable Local candidates

Key Responsibilities :

We are looking for an individual who can :

Integrate quickly into the

L&D Academy team

and gain a strong understanding of Paperchase processes and systems.

Partner with leadership and HR to identify and assess training needs across teams.

Design customized training programs in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management.

Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops that encourage real-world application.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees beyond the classroom.

Track and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements based on feedback and business impact
