Job Summary :

We are hiring a .NET Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, Angular (8+), and AWS Cloud . The ideal candidate should have 711 years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications. This is a hybrid role requiring strong hands-on development skills, team collaboration, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework , C# , and Angular .
Lead full-stack development efforts including UI / UX, middleware, and backend services.
Implement RESTful APIs , microservices architecture, and AWS cloud-based solutions .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI / UX designers, and QA engineers.
Drive technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills :

.NET Core / .NET Framework , C# , and VB.NET .

Angular 8+ with strong front-end development experience.

AWS Cloud Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).

Strong understanding of API development , object-oriented design , and software architecture .

Experience in SQL Server , REST APIs , and web application security .

Good knowledge of Git , CI / CD pipelines , and DevOps processes.

Soft Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to lead and mentor junior developers effectively.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

AWS Certification (Developer or Solutions Architect) is a plus.

Experience with Docker / Kubernetes is an added advantage.
