Senior Data Scientist Computer Vision

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience : 56 years (with 4+ years in Data Science / AI / Deep Learning)

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Senior Data Scientist with expertise in computer vision and deep learning to join our Bangalore team. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI / ML solutions for image, video, and analytics applications, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and deploy deep learning models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and video analytics.
  • Handle large-scale image / video datasets with preprocessing, augmentation, and feature extraction.
  • Implement MLOps practices : model versioning, CI / CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Expertise :

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Familiarity with Databricks notebooks, MLflow, Delta Lake.
  • Solid understanding of CNNs, transfer learning, ViT, and other computer vision algorithms.
  • Experience with Azure cloud ecosystem and UNIX / Linux scripting.
  • Exposure to NLP techniques is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Education :

  • B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, ECE, EE, or related field.
  • Masters in AI / Deep Learning / Computer Vision is highly preferred.
