• Revenue Ownership : Drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, and expansion metrics with direct accountability for growth-related revenue targets
• Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing growth team, establishing frameworks, processes, and a culture of data-driven experimentation
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner with C-suite and department heads to align product, marketing, and sales initiatives around growth priorities
• Go-to-Market Excellence : Architect and optimize enterprise ABM strategies while enhancing our PLG motion for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Growth Analytics : Translate complex user and market data into actionable growth strategies and executive-level insights
