Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Executive. The position is located at the company's headquarters in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and contributing to financial planning and analysis. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations

Analytical skills, financial planning, and budgeting experience

Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree or a professional certification like CA (Chartered Accountant)

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sector practices is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

MIS reporting

Handle a team of Mid Level and Junios Accounts

Tally, Erp, EasyGST, Excel, Pivot Tables, etc Knowledge

Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools

Liason with Chartered Accountants, Bankers, Subsidy offices, Tax Consultants, GST, Income Tax, Statutory Auditors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree or a professional certification like CA (Chartered Accountant)

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sector practices is a plus

Timing is 9-30 am to 7-30pm Monday to Saturday

Offline, Online support as per Emergency Business Team Staff needs during off the office hours as and when needed
