Assistant Manager - Finance - Agri-Tech Startup- Hyderabad

Job Summary :

A leading Agri-Tech Startup company is keen to hire a Semi Qualified CA / MBA with 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. They are also responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and preparing MIS reports. This role requires detail-oriented, analytical, and a finance professional with a strong accountability.

Location : Hyderabad

Reports To : Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, and present accurate monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Perform financial planning & Analysis, variance analysis against budgets and actuals and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements & its compliance and Audits
  • Manage and maintain books of accounts of overseas entities in QuickBooks / Zoho Books
  • Provide Month-end reporting, variance analysis and Monthly business review decks
  • Identify opportunities for automation of financial and operational reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement new tools.
  • Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decisions
  • Support the FP&A through end-to-end finance transformation –Automation of reporting across the organization

Requirements :

  • Semi Qualified CA / MBA with 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to coordinate with senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.
  • hands-on experience in Quickbooks, ZOHO books.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education : Semi Qualified CA / MBA

    Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A

    Working days : Monday to Saturday
