Factories : 2–3 |

Workforce : 3000+

Classic Fashion Apparel Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR and administrative functions across 2–3 factories. The role encapsulates as a pivotal one in ensuring smooth and effective functioning of HR and Admin activities, with a prime focus on social compliance and statutory compliance, employee well-being and providing a safe and positive workplace for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GM-Production, Factory Managers, and the Central People Department to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage wages, payroll, and attendance systems with accuracy and compliance in coordination with Central HR Operations, Compliance, and Safety teams.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, ethical standards, and customer requirements.
  • Drive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives to maintain safe and secure workplaces.
  • Supervise housekeeping, accommodation, and worker welfare facilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between workers, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead employee engagement, talent development, and learning initiatives across the cluster.
  • Coach, mentor, and train HR staff to build professionalism and capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree and / or Post graduate Diploma in reputed institutes in HR or equivalent in a regular stream of education
  • Overall 12+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2–3 years in HR management of any manufacturing company with a workforce of 3000+
  • Expert knowledge in labor laws, ILO standards or global statutes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites with a hands-on, proactive approach.
