Opportunity with an engineering-led, fast-scaling SaaS company building data-driven solutions for enterprise environments. As a TPM, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, delivery, and product strategy, driving impact across a global engineering organization.
- 8–15 years of total experience (up to 18 considered) with a strong foundation in software engineering or engineering management before moving into program management.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or cloud-first platform / product companies.
- Examples : CloudBolt, New Relic, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP), distributed systems, and platform scalability.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and DevOps.
- Ability to write and evaluate detailed product specs and technical design documents.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
What would you do here?
As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) in the Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling the internal data platform capabilities that power our product and analytics infrastructure. This includes ownership of core platform capabilities around data ingestion pipelines, scalable storage systems, archival and retention workflows, lifecycle policies, and export mechanisms. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and consuming product teams to ensure that the platform is robust, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable product features and epics.Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality, scalable, and resilient product delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Compliance, to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.Develop clear product documentation, presentations, and status updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Lead product demos, customer discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.Drive data-informed decisions using product analytics, user feedback, and market research
