• Automated meeting requests / scheduling
• Candidate application summaries to hiring managers
• candidate sourcing
• Help desk automation
• Distribution list modifications
• Contractor account renewals
• AI-based automation solutions
• Microsoft stack focus : Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio
• Iterative deliveries throughout 4 months, not single end delivery

Musts :

Hands on / real world Copilot development experience

Strong coding experience

Copilot Studio experience

Strong understanding of Copilot best practices
