About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer (React) with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role demands deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems, with a focus on performance optimization, responsive UI / UX, and seamless integration with backend systems.

As a senior engineer, you’ll drive architecture and best practices, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, scalable web applications using React.js

Architect and implement reusable components, hooks, and state management solutions

Optimize performance for large-scale apps (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies)

Collaborate with UI / UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services

Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principles

Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and guide junior engineers

Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and CI / CD practices

Required Skills & Experience

8–10+ years of professional frontend development experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks

Performance tuning for large-scale React applications

Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets

Proficiency with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)

Strong debugging and profiling skills (React DevTools, Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization

Knowledge of TypeScript and strongly typed application development

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

Understanding of micro-frontends, design systems, or component libraries

Contributions to open-source React projects or frontend communities
