Key Responsibilities :
- To be involved into relationship building and management with the customer for sales and services of financial products of ICICI group (E.g., Online Trading Account, Client Activation and Retention, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management)
- To manage assigned client base through virtual / client visits and provide financial / investment advisory, develop new relations through referencing and other sources
- To generate leads for quality NCAs and act as productive resource by meeting objectives thereby ensuring fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization
- To be active in client engagement / reach out in assigned campaigns / activity which happens time to time for effective outcome
- To deliver the desired business expectations / objectives by maintaining customer relationship
- To manager customer meetings and sales process as part of his / her reporting structure
- To consciously deliver support to reporting manager in increasing profitability
- To conduct market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generation
- To ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service and query handling
- To explore new areas and ways to achieve productivity
- To prepare and maintain MIS report
