Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to drive strategic financial initiatives and provide critical insights to our executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and SaaS metrics reporting. They will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL skills are required.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools like Tableau / Looker is essential.

The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV / CAC, cohort analysis). Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
