Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have Microsoft Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Robotic Process Automation, JIRA and Knowledge in MS Power Platform.

Good-to-Have API, Service Now, APP Dynamics, Scripting Language (PowerShell, Python, Selenium), Java and Power BI

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Utilize Power Automate tool to develop and deploy the automation task

Responsible for developing automation solutions in Power Automate as per business requirement. needs.

2 Hands on experience with design documentation, review and version control.

3 Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to automated workflows and integrations. Capable of collaborating with the technical teams to address platform-level issues when necessary.

4 Develop custom scripts and solution using Python / Selenium / PowerShell / Java as required.

5 Strong understanding of API calls and integration techniques to connect various systems and applications.

6 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - manage internal and external stakeholders

7 Agile delivery experience for development, testing and deployment.
