MEICON is adding a QA / QC Engineer with specialization in Civil and Construction Engineering to our fast-growing team. As a QA / QC Engineer, the individual will be part of an ever-growing organization executing Highrise Residential Projects in India & has enormous potential for career growth

Location : Gattahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Skills and Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and control methodologies across all trades.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.

Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning programs, ensuring effective delivery by contractors and consultants.

Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and manage project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and methodologies.

Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and compliance reports.

Lead QA teams, providing supervision, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers to improve material and service quality.

Issue monthly Quality Control (QC) reports and ensure timely communication of project quality performance.

Requirements and Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of construction codes, practices, and quality standards.

Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
