Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business 5+ years event management experience; Experience with large conferences and corporate events Strong budget management and cross-functional collaboration skills Pharma / biotech / life sciences background (preferred) Familiarity with HCP compliance guidelines (preferred) CMP certification (a plus)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop annual event strategy and calendar with Sales, Med Ed, and Product Marketing
- Manage and mentor Event Coordinators team
- Partner with Med Ed for compliant educational programs and workshops
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on booth presence, demos, and lead generation
- Execute end-to-end event logistics : venues, speakers, catering, AV, contracts, and travel
- Manage booth strategy, sponsorships, and logistics for third-party conferences
- Track budgets, forecast costs, and analyze event ROI
- Conduct post-event analysis and performance reporting
