Analytics Manager - SQL / Power BI

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced BI / Analytics Manager with strong expertise in SQL and Power BI to lead our business intelligence initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of analysts and developers, drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, and deliver actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions.

You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, governance, and effective reporting strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the BI / Analytics team, overseeing project delivery, resource allocation, and professional development.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business users.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various relational databases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Implement and enforce best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing BI processes and tools and recommending enhancements.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to streamline data workflows, integrate new data sources, and implement data warehousing solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, BI tools, and analytics methodologies to keep the organizations BI capabilities cutting-edge.
