We’re looking for a seasoned

ServiceNow Developer

with deep expertise in

CMDB

to design, develop, and optimize CMDB solutions. This role focuses on enhancing data integrity, automation, and integration—no testing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable CMDB solutions in ServiceNow.

Develop and maintain CI classes, relationships, and data models.

Integrate CMDB with discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM).

Automate data population, reconciliation, and normalization.

Ensure CMDB data quality and compliance with ITIL standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB with business needs.

Create scripts, workflows, and documentation for CMDB processes.

Required Skills :

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Solid understanding of ITIL, especially Configuration Management.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
