Position Overview
As Senior Manager – Digital Performance Marketing , you will lead the agency’s performance marketing practice across paid channels. You’ll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

- Direct reports : Paid media specialists, analysts, and contractors
- Impact areas : Paid media strategy, client success, campaign performance, revenue growth, and team leadership
Core Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook / Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.Campaign ManagementLead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.Client ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.Team LeadershipMentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.Performance AnalysisMonitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.Budget ManagementAllocate, monitor, and optimize budgets across multiple platforms to maximize ROI.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with broader client strategies.Required Qualifications
5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads.Strong understanding of attribution models, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).Preferred Qualifications
7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.Exposure to international markets and multi-language campaign management.Key Skills & Competencies
