Creative Factory is hiring for Art Director

Location : Goregaon East

  • Experience : 7+ Years
  • Department : Creative / CG

We’re seeking an Art Director who can shape the visual language of our CG projects and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class work.

What You’ll Do

  • Define the visual style and creative direction for all CG productions.
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of CG artists.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Technical Supervisors to align art and production goals.
  • Create visual guidelines, style frames, and reference materials.
  • Review storyboards, layouts, and renders to ensure consistency and top-tier quality.
  • Partner with technical teams to enhance workflows and solve production challenges.

    • What You Bring

  • 7+ years in CG / VFX / gaming / animation, with 3+ years in art direction or team leadership.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing artistic vision and CG expertise.
  • Mastery of industry-standard tools and deep understanding of the 3D production pipeline.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with deadlines and budgets.
