🚀 We’re Hiring – ServiceNow Lead / Project Manager (CMDB & Discovery)

Location : Pune (Hybrid )

Experience : 10–18 Years

Claidroid Technologies is hiring for a ServiceNow Lead / Project Manager role — an opportunity to lead large-scale CMDB and Discovery initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful ServiceNow transformations.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership roles.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

✅ Experience managing teams of 15+ members and multiple projects.

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder, and governance skills.

✅ Certifications : ServiceNow CSA / ITIL / PRINCE2 / SAFe preferred.

✅Experience in project governance, agile methodologies, and client stakeholder management.

✅Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools.

✅Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities.

Certifications preferred : ITIL V3 / V4, ServiceNow CSA, Discovery, CMDB, or PRINCE2.
