We're looking for a results-oriented Offshore Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience generating high-quality B2B service leads for US and international markets. This role demands someone who can independently design and execute lead generation campaigns, understand service-based sales cycles, and deliver measurable results that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute comprehensive lead generation campaigns targeting US, UK, and international B2B service buyers
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using advanced research and prospecting tools
- Create personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences across email, , and other channels
- Develop compelling messaging that articulates NyxaLabs' service value propositions effectively
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and BANT / MEDDIC frameworks
- Generate consistent flow of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) meeting defined criteria
- Manage lead nurturing campaigns for prospects not ready to engage immediately
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, segments, and opportunities for NyxaLabs services
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for better conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales team to refine ideal customer profiles and messaging strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reporting on lead generation activities
- Test different approaches, messaging angles, and channels to improve response rates
- Stay informed about NyxaLabs' service offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects
- Work across international time zones to engage prospects during their business hours
- Ensure all outreach complies with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and international data regulations
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of proven experience in offshore lead generation specifically for B2B services companiesDemonstrated track record generating qualified leads that converted to closed deals for US / international clientsMust provide portfolio with specific metrics : number of leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue impactDeep understanding of service-based business models and longer sales cyclesExpert-level proficiency with lead generation tools ( Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Hunter.io)Strong experience with marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, Lemlist, Mailchimp)Excellent English copywriting skills for creating engaging outreach messagesProven ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end without supervisionStrong analytical skills to interpret data and make optimization decisionsExperience working with US / UK markets and understanding cultural nuances in business communicationComfortable working flexible hours to align with target market time zonesMust-Have Experience :
