🚀 We’re Hiring : Team Lead – US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift | Hyderabad / Remote / Hybrid / Onsite)

What You’ll Do :

✅ Lead and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters to ensure high-quality performance and results

✅ Proactively market H1B / OPT / GC / USC consultants to preferred vendors and direct clients

✅ Build and maintain strong vendor and client networks

✅ Guide consultants on marketing strategies, resume preparation, and interview processes

✅ Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding

✅ Monitor submissions, performance metrics, and team productivity

Requirements :

• 5–8 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales , including experience mentoring or leading a team
• Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 , and US Tax Terms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills
• Ability to handle multiple consultants efficiently and ensure consistent placements
• Comfortable working in US Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

💰 Salary : Competitive – Based on Experience
