Responsibilities
Provide exceptional solutions and design support to the customer.
Own level-appropriate customer requests and issues, seeing them through to resolution
Own support escalations from other engineers and support teams according to escalation procedures
Work closely with customers in the pre-implementation process to design and architect desired customer solutions.
Research, plan and coordinate complex maintenance activities
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) exercises to drive process technology improvements.
Contribute to the development of technical best practices for administrative responsibilities
Prepare and review defined policy and process standards
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers as well as with internal stakeholders
Coordinate with PM, FSL, Customer, and vendor.

An ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience on –local, wide and global area network.
Experience in designing / planning and implementing LAN / WAN technologies within a large environment. Experience with managing Local and Wide Area Networks using VPN or other technologies
Working Knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPv4, and (IPv6 preferred) REQUIRED Ability to manage fast-paced environment under high stress with consistency and accuracy REQUIRED
Experience managing large IT environments consisting of but not limited to Desktop / Server Infrastructure, Local and Wide Area Networks, Data Backup and Security Systems and Infrastructure Applications, PBX and VoIP Systems,
Voice Mail Systems, Voice and Data Circuits, Audio / Video / Web Conferencing systems, and other Voice-Data integration systems
In-depth knowledge on Configuration and troubleshooting skills on VPN tunnels, NAT, PAT, Failover, backup and restore.
Load balancers (F5 , LTM, or any other)
