Job description

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for managing operational monitoring using IBM Cloud Application Manager (ICAM), including building management interfaces, dashboards, APIs, automation frameworks, and alerts.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting their efforts as part of an agile development cycle.

Projects will vary based upon the needs of the portfolio, but will include :

Daily build and support of ICAM Monitoring solution

IBM Cloud Application Manager (ICAM) / Monitoring application Experience

Constructing API Libraries and automation scripts

Consulting with Product Teams to onboard new monitors and alerts to ICAM and other Monitoring Applications

Work with First Responders and Product teams to improve and support tooling for existing services, including On-Call rotation schedule for incident-management

Automation Experience

RESTful API Experience

AGILE / TDD Experience

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
