Architect

Role Overview

The In-House Architect will be responsible for interpreting client and consultant design drawings, developing detailed shop drawings, and coordinating with the production and site teams for execution. The role demands expertise in translating design intent into technically precise, production-ready drawings — particularly for stone works, marble cladding, carving details, and integrated interior fit-outs (metal, wood, and glass).

Key Responsibilities

• Study and interpret architectural, interior, and design consultant drawings to prepare coordinated shop drawings.
• Develop detailed stone layout drawings, including cutting plans, groove / joint details, anchor fixing details, and interface with other materials.
• Prepare production and installation drawings aligned with the company's fabrication capabilities and site requirements.
• Coordinate with design, CNC, and carving teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and technical feasibility.
• Liaise with site engineers for layout verification, approvals, and modifications.
• Maintain design documentation, version control, and drawing registers.
• Support the project team with material quantity estimation and BOQ verification.
• Participate in technical reviews, mock-ups, and design coordination meetings.
• Implement the company's drawing standards, file naming, and CAD layering protocols.
