Job description

Key Responsibility

• Accountability of support and projects in policy admin systems.
• To provide solutions in a cross-functional environment / team (Operations, Sales, Service Touch points, Advisors, Partners, and various internal stakeholders Technically as well as process-wise
• Senor experience, in addition to individual contribution will lead and coordinate amongst team of Software Development Life Cycle, especially AS400 technology Life & Group Asia
• Effectively manage project communications across all deliveries and among all internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure robust and scalable applications by compliance with technical principles & standards.
• Should be aware of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process.
• Project Management. Coordination with various teams involved in Software Development Life Cycle)
• Taking initiatives other than Business as usual (BAU) processes from Process and System perspective

Educational Qualification

Graduate

Following certifications (will be an added advantage) PMP, licentiate / associate / Fellow (Insurance institute of India)
