Job description

Role Overview

Setup customer support workflows using client shared SOPs. Craft high-impact prompts for AI agents to produce accurate responses. You will own end to end setup—from initial kickoff call to testing, iteration, and QA.

What you will Own

  • Design end-to-end workflows & user journeys across industries
  • Write & optimize prompts for accuracy, tone, and context
  • Evaluate outputs via checklists / A-B tests, edge-case reviews, and user feedback
  • Drive continuous quality improvements
  • Troubleshoot response issues;

define guardrails and instructions to reduce hallucinations

  • Document best practices and playbooks for repeatable delivery
  • Work with product and tech teams to deliver on-time and customer centric output

    • What we are looking for

  • Analytical, curious, iterative;

    • comfortable running lightweight experiments and reviews

  • Tool-savvy with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.);

    • no coding required (low / no-code builders a plus)
