Executive Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior MERN Stack Engineer to architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, full-stack web applications.
This role requires mastery of the entire MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (MERN) stack, with a primary focus on building scalable architecture, secure APIs, and optimized frontend experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :
Full-Stack Architecture :
- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end responsive web applications using the complete MERN stack.
- Take ownership of both client-side and server-side components.
Backend Development :
Implement secure, high-performing REST APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.Focus on data modeling, efficient database querying in MongoDB, and microservices integration.Frontend Optimization :
Drive the development of robust and complex user interfaces using React.js.Optimize front-end performance, ensuring low load times, high responsiveness, and seamless cross-browser compatibility.Security & Best Practices :Implement and enforce security best practices, including robust authentication mechanisms (e.g , JWT).Utilize Git for version control and enforce code quality standards.Collaboration & Deployment :
Collaborate effectively with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams.Deploy and manage containerized applications using tools like Docker (knowledge is preferred).Required Skills & Technical Expertise :
Mandatory Stack Expertise :
Deep, hands-on expertise in all components of the MERN Stack : React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Web Fundamentals :
Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.APIs & Data :
Strong knowledge of designing, consuming, and securing REST APIs.Optional but valuable knowledge of GraphQL.Containerization :
Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is highly desirable.Soft Skills :
