Position Title : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Contract - Remote - Immediate) role

Experience Level : 8-10 Years

Contract

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Location : Remote / WFH

Shift Timings : US Shift - 11 : 30 pm - 8 : 30 am

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
• Configure foundational EC components including Foundation Objects, Employee Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.
• Set up Position Management , Global Benefits , and Advanced Workflows based on client requirements.
• Manage and design Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frameworks to ensure secure access control across user roles and data levels.
• Create and manage People Analytics Story Reports and dashboards to monitor workforce data such as headcount, attrition, organizational changes, and compliance metrics.
• Support data migration activities , data loads , and validation using templates and tools such as the Import Employee Data feature.
• Configure and manage Integration Center for EC-to-EC module data flows and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations and best practices.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across EC and integrated modules.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to business users and system administrators.
• Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors EC release updates, new features, and best practices.
