Job Profile

  • The role reports to the HR manager
  • Will be responsible for Site office
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities at Site office
  • Day to day administration of various works like Time and Attendance Management of all employees, statutory compliances and liaison with Government authority, Employee welfare activities

Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 yrs experience in HR
  • MSW / Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from reputed Institute / University.
  • Should be conversant with all applicable labour laws i.e. Factories Act, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act), Minimum wages Act, Payment of wages Act, PF and ESI Act, etc
  • Skills Required
