Experience : MBA Freshers / Graduates with 3 Years Tele-Calling Experience

Education : MBA (Marketing / Finance) or Graduate with relevant experience

Salary : Minimum CTC ₹4.20Lakh + Performance Pay (6Lakh)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Relationship Manager (Tele Caller) to join our professional team. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective tele-calling and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound tele-calling to generate leads and build relationships with clients.

Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.

Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.

Prepare daily / weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

MBA (Marketing / Finance) or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.

Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.

Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.

Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
