We are looking for a Salesforce-certified integration expert with proven mobile / web application -sync experience to design, build, and maintain the integration layer between the mobile app and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to-end Salesforce development and integration with external applications
- Utilizes Salesforce programming to include custom user Interface development, including Visualforce pages / Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develops Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements), API development to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
- Design Salesforce data models (custom objects, fields, relationships) to support work orders, time entries, activities, notes, and attachments.
- Uses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
- Understanding of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) objects (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, etc.).
- Implement conflict resolution, delta sync, and error handling for offline use.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security (profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules).
- Collaborate with mobile developers (iOS / Android or Flutter / React Native) to define API contracts and payload schemas.
- Adheres to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
- Takes ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new / updates to existing applications and codes.
- Resolves challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently.
- Document integration architecture, data flows, and recovery procedures.
- Support UAT, pilot rollout, and post-go-live hypercare.
