Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor - Europe, located in Mumbai. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing career guidance, developing personalized counseling strategies, assisting with test preparation, and helping students with the admissions process. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one sessions with students, analyzing student profiles, creating tailored educational plans, and providing support throughout the application process. The Counsellor will also stay updated on the latest trends in European education and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure their success.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in career guidance and educational counseling

Proficiency in developing personalized counseling strategies and educational plans

Experience with GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS test preparation

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Mumbai

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related fields

Prior experience in the education sector and familiarity with the European education system is a plus
