We are seeking a Senior PPC Specialist with deep experience in performance marketing for eCommerce websites. You will manage high-value Google Ads accounts across global markets and lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization with full ownership. This role is best suited for someone with a strong commercial mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and hands-on experience in Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and GMC.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Strategy & Execution
Plan, manage, and scale ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Lead day-to-day optimization of campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates, and reduce CAC.
Handle large campaign structures, product segmentation, feed-based advertising, and keyword strategies tailored for eCommerce SKUs.
eCommerce Advertising
Own and manage Google Merchant Center (GMC) feeds, troubleshoot disapprovals, and optimize product data for performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Web, SEO, Creative) to optimize landing pages, ad copies, and product visibility.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting
Leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and in-platform tools to analyze funnel performance, multi-channel attribution, and LTV-based optimization.
Create regular performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights using Looker Studio or Excel.
International Campaign Management
Optimize and localize PPC campaigns for UK, EU, and other international markets, with region-specific performance insights and targeting strategies.
Ensure alignment with business goals and seasonal trends for each market.
Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor and guide junior PPC team members with campaign strategy, QA processes, and performance insights.
Contribute to channel growth plans, A / B testing frameworks, and budget planning discussions with senior stakeholders.
Qualification :
3–6 years of hands-on PPC experience managing eCommerce campaigns at scale.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, P-Max), GMC, and GA4.
Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs : ROAS, AOV, LTV, CAC, and attribution models.
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
Experience handling international ad accounts (especially UK / EU).
Google Ads certification (Search and / or Shopping) is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and a data-driven, problem-solving approach.
