• Analyze requirements and define specs for new / enhanced solutions
• Design & implement scalable, modular technical solutions
• Develop C++ software aligned with architecture patterns & standards
• Conduct unit & performance testing, support debugging & validation
• Document work for team clarity & future scalability
• Mentor peers, share knowledge, and foster continuous improvement
