Job description5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.Js with strong expertise in Express.Js . Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS , and related web technologies. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban). Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git) and CI / CD pipelines . Expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization in Node.Js. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling skills. Solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application design principles. Proven ability to lead a team, manage tasks, and deliver results within deadlines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Notice Period : Immediate to 1 Month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Node.Js applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Participate in the recruitment and interview process to help build a strong engineering team.
- Drive agile development practices including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance.
- Provide technical leadership by setting best practices and ensuring delivery excellence.
