We’re looking for a Placement Coordinator who can help our learners land their dream jobs by building strong corporate partnerships and ensuring every student finds the right opportunity.
Role Overview :
As a Placement Coordinator , you’ll be the bridge between our trained candidates and hiring companies. You’ll manage end-to-end placement activities — from approaching recruiters to scheduling interviews and tracking successful offers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and companies.
- Understand company requirements and map the right candidates for each role.
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and hiring events.
- Regularly communicate with students about placement updates and interview tips.
- Track placement data and prepare reports on hiring outcomes.
- Work closely with the Groviio training and operations team to ensure students are job-ready.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (EdTech experience preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Target-driven and able to multitask effectively.Passionate about helping students grow in their careers.Perks & Benefits :
