Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Manager with deep expertise in implementing and managing enterprise identity solutions such as Saviynt. The ideal candidate comes from a consulting or professional services environment with a strong track record of leading client engagements driving solution design and contributing to proposal development and pre-sales activities.
This role requires a blend of technical depth delivery leadership stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex identity requirements into scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery & Solution LeadershipLead end-to-end IGA implementation programs across Saviynt.Own solution architecture design and configuration of IGA workflows access models provisioning processes and lifecycle management.Oversee integration with enterprise applications directories HR systems and cloud platforms.Ensure alignment of technical solutions with client security policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.Perform quality reviews on design code / configuration test scripts and deployment plans.Client & Stakeholder ManagementFacilitate requirements workshops design discussions and governance meetings.Present complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.Manage client expectations project risks and issue remediation.Team LeadershipMentor junior team members provide technical guidance and support capability development.Support recruitment training and development of IAM professionals within the practice.Pre-Sales Proposal & Practice DevelopmentContribute to RFP / RFI responses scope definition effort estimation and solution approaches.Support go-to-market initiatives service offerings accelerators and reusable templates.Participate in thought leadership whitepapers and industry presentations.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Experience
911 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in Identity Governance & Administration.Experience working in consulting firms (Big 4 or similar preferred).Strong exposure to client engagements delivery ownership and stakeholder communication.Technical Skills
Expertise in at least one of the following IGA platforms :
Good Understanding of IAM Domain.Saviynt (EIC / IES) role engineering access governance application onboardingOptionally knowledge or experience of Access Management or Privileged Access Management or Directory services is added advantage.Consulting Skills
Proven experience in proposal writing estimates SOW creation and pre-sales activities.Experience leading workshops gathering requirements and creating solution roadmaps.Strong presentation communication and executive-level reporting skills.Preferred Certifications
Saviynt Certified IGA / EIC ProfessionalCISSP CISM or similar cybersecurity certificationsEducational Qualification :
Bachelor or Master degree in related field from reputed universities
