Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to manage daily and monthly data uploads into our centralized software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data collation, analysis, and interpretation , ensuring accuracy and consistency . This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity , supporting cross-functional teams , and providing actionable insights to aid business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collation & Upload :

Collect, organize, and prepare datasets for timely uploads into centralized software.

Data Management :

Ensure accurate and consistent daily / monthly uploads while maintaining data integrity.

Data Quality Control :

Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data and proactively resolve discrepancies.

Software Management :

Act as the point of contact for the centralized software, ensuring smooth functioning and basic troubleshooting.

Process Improvement :

Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements, resolve issues, and provide training / support on data management practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint .

Ability to manage large datasets efficiently .

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Proactive problem-solving and process enhancement capabilities.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
