The Role

The Senior Manager, MLE plays an integral role in advancing the organization's monitoring, learning, and evaluation capabilities through focused project execution and cross-functional collaboration. In this position, you will drive operational excellence across research initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination between teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Principal Manager, you will take ownership of specific MLE projects and workstreams within the Safe Water program, with responsibility for end-to-end project delivery. Your expertise will be essential in managing data collection processes, building strong vendor partnerships, and maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout project lifecycles. Success in this role requires proactive monitoring of project health, resource optimization, and early identification of risks to ensure consistent delivery against program objectives.

This role is designed for a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance technical precision with collaborative teamwork to drive the organization's mission forward through high-quality research and evaluation.
