Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ratlam for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned area, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, tracking sales performance, manage distributor and create new distributor and establishing relationships with clients and distributors. The role involves regular travel within the territory to ensure targets are met and to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 Year of Experience in FMCG sales strategy development and team management
  • Strong skills in sales performance tracking and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and distributor relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
